OFFICE MANAGER/SURGERY SCHEDULING

Sheila has been Dr. Hein's Office Manager and Patient Coordinator for over 30 years. After your initial consultation with Dr. Hein, you will meet with Sheila, she will guide you through scheduling your surgery, discuss pre and post-operative care, review surgical cost and answer any questions with regards to financing. She can also assist you with the insurance pre-authorization process and help with any billing needs. Her vast experience makes her a great resource to help with anything you made need. Sheila enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her family especially her eight grandchildren.

OFFICE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

As the Clinical Schedule Coordinator for Dr. Hein the past 4 years, She’s the first face you see when you arrive. Brittany has been in the medical field for 10 years and is dedicated to providing a welcoming experience while managing the scheduling of office procedures. Outside of work she loves attending concerts, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and soaking up the sun by the water during the summer.

REGISTERED NURSE

Haley has been a registered nurse since 2001. She started her nursing career in the operating room at OU Children’s Hospital. She spent the first ten years as a circulating nurse in the operating room, primarily in an outpatient setting. She has been a part of Dr. Hein’s team since 2011. Her primary role is helping patients through the surgical process, from pre-operative consultations through the recovery process. She has also been trained in facial aesthetics, including Botox and Dysport, skin care, and chemical peels. When not at work, she spends her time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, lake time, or just reading a good book.
