The goal of my plastic surgery practice is to identify the patient’s problem and to provide the best possible solution for each individual in a timely, professional manner. I am Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and am committed to helping patients find the plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures that best meet their needs and provide the greatest physical benefit.

Haley Pendergraft, RN
Haley has been a Registered Nurse since 2001. She started her nursing career in the operating room at OU Children’s Hospital. She spent her first ten years as a circulating nurse, primarily in an outpatient setting. She has been part of Dr. Hein’s team since 2011. Here she has been trained in facial aesthetic, including Botox and dermal fillers, skin care and facial peels. She also enjoys helping our patients through the surgical process, from the pre-operative consultation through the recovery process.

Sasha Starks, RN
Sasha has a bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She began her decade-long career in medical surgical/oncology and found a passion for oncology which led her to work at the Stephenson Cancer Center in the Gynecology/Oncology Research department. Since transitioning to aesthetics almost 5 years ago, she has continued her education in order to provide the best and safest treatments on Dr. Hein’s practice. Sasha recently achieved the title of Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, a national certification held by only two others in the state of Oklahoma. Her personal approach to aesthetics is to enhance a client’s natural beauty, while maintaining their own unique features.

Sheila Andreatta
Sheila has been Dr. Hein’s Office Manager and Patient Coordinator for over 30 years. After your initial consultation with Dr. Hein you will meet with Sheila. She will guide you through scheduling your surgery, discuss pre and post-operative care, review surgical cost and answer any questions with regards to financing. She can also assist you with the insurance pre-authorization process and help with any billing needs. Her vast experience makes her a great resource to help with anything you may need.
